step 2: open picsart app and click on plus icon,when you are click on the plus icon it takes to your
  gallery,

step 3: select which picture you want edit,
             when you are click on the picture that open in your picsart ap[
   
step 4 : click on tools option and select curve option in tools menu,just bend the center line smoothly to forward you just choose how much brightness need your picture when that picture goes to bright just stop bending

step 4 selected again on tools menu now selected adjustments option and click on brightness 
increse your brightness how much you want
contrast also incrase how much you want
discrase the highlights from that picture for best resulths
finally save the image into high quality
